Sheet Rock is complete

Below are pictures of some rooms in our house! It's so much easier to visualize things now! The Sheetrock crew did cover a few of our outlets and cans, but as long as we find them it's not a problem! I just hope we found all the mistakes!


Dining Room- We are doing beaded paneling 5 ft. up the wall.











Master Bedroom/Sitting Room- the sitting room will have paneling the entire way up the wall (not 70s paneling!!)

Sheet rock

The crew has gotten almost all of the sheet rock hung in a little over a day. The house is so dusty now!

Another Natural Disaster

We had the tornado that knocked our fence down back in March. Last week, our dumpster caught on fire! We think that there was something combustible in there that caused the fire. Hopefully, this will be the first and last time that the fire department has to come our way!

Exterior paint and insulation

We finally have some changes to report! They painted the exterior trim, stained the shingles, and put insulation inside the house. We still have some brick missing on the front of the house. We are waiting on the front door frame to come in. Once it comes, we will finish the remaining brick. Waiting, waiting, waiting......this is becoming a very familiar feeling.
