Italy - part 2

 After our time in Milan we took a train to Modena, where we had a spacious apartment with a great kitchen (fully stocked fridge and pantry). We took day trips to Bologna and Florence. We really enjoyed Modena- we did a self guided tour  and balsamic vinegar tour. Plus we got to see Rachael's daughter, Emily!

Italy - part 1

 

Rachael's daughter was doing a study abroad program in Modena, Italy. She was going to go see her and tour around by herself but I convinced her to let me join. :)

We started out in Milan. Pictures are kind of out of order. We celebrated Rachael's birthday at a Jazz club, did a walking food tour, and toured beautiful Lake Como for a day!
