Folly Beach Part 1

We took our annual beach trip at the beginning of June (June 1-9). Seth was only able to come Friday to Monday. We left Friday afternoon and arrived in downtown Charleston in time for dinner at Monza (a wood fired pizza restaurant).
We had dessert at Peace Pie. SO, SO GOOD! They serve a huge variety of ice cream sandwiches
We stayed downtown and had a great Saturday morning! We ate breakfast at Callie's Hot Little Biscuit
Next, we hit the Farmer's Market! We bought some fresh peaches
We also went to this toy store with lots of blocks
We let the kids run through the fountains at Waterfront Park.
They got soaking wet and had the time of their lives!

We were able to check into our condo at Folly Beach that afternoon. I ordered the groceries online (LOVE this service) and went to pick them up while Seth took the kids to trip #1 to Bert's for hot dog lunches. My parents arrived a little later and we had a late afternoon beach session. Mom made her annual lasagna dinner that evening.
The kids were ready for a full beach day on Sunday!

And... it's Bert's for another round of chili dogs for lunch! (I got a portabella wrap)

The kids worked on this hole all day! They were level with the sand and could both fit in it. It was huge! We did cover it back so the sea turtles wouldn't be harmed. :)

Ha, ha! Seth's mohawk! After he fixed his hair, we ate dinner at Loggerhead's
Then we went to the point and took family pictures

Seth left early Monday morning. Heather (my friend from middle school that lives very close to where we stay on Folly) brought her son over. James and Zephyr are about 6 months apart.

On Monday evening, we went to the Farmer's Market. The kids played on the playground
 My mom and me
We got takeout from Taco Boy. Is there a truer sign?
While we waited on our food, we went to a gift shop. From across the store, I hear "Mom, Mom, come here!" This is what James wanted to show me. Boys!!!
