Easter

Easter is always a meaningful holiday, but it extra special since Adelyn was baptized on Good Friday.  We enjoyed our annual traditions!

We dyed eggs on the back deck
We tried some eggs with the Cool Whip method that keeps popping up on Pinterest
I think they turned out cool! I like the tie-dyed look!
The Easter bunny came and brought them goodies (flip flops, goggles, a toy, and some candy)

The kids LOOKED and LOOKED in the front and they couldn't any eggs. They were getting quite discouraged.
Finally, Adelyn found one egg...

Ha, ha!
 We got ready for church
I think the kids looked so nice!
 After church pictures

Grandma and Grandpa with the grandkids
That night, we ate at Papa's
The cousins all searched for eggs
 Conner and James
Then, we threw the eggs across the street (goal= hitting the barn roof)
A neighbor saw what they were doing it and stepped it up a notch (or ten) by loaning us his slingshot
 This really launched them!!!
Aunt Mart Mart got all the boys nerf guns

It was a beautiful day! We are so grateful for all Jesus has done for us.
